England coach Duncan Fletcher to step down
As the Moody Blues once sang, "Since you gotta go, oh you'd better Go now, go now, go now (Go now)"
Following the not-altogher sparkling cricket that England have produced since around about the time Steve Harmison launched that ball into Andrew Flintoff's hands in Brisbane; it seems Duncan Fletcher is finally about to fall on his sword.
The ECB have called a press conference for 16:30BST today; and this, alloyed with the fact that Fletcher has said absolutely nothing since England demonstrated their new and disgusting form or awfulness against South Africa, points to only one outcome. [lee calvert]
